EverSince — Terms of Service

Effective date: March 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EverSince, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the app.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverSince for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the app's source code
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Modify or distribute the app without permission
• Sell or resell access to EverSince

3. In-App Purchases

One-time unlock: $2.99

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Billing and refund policies are governed by the respective platform. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

4. Intellectual Property

EverSince, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MABS Autonomous Systems and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

EverSince is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MABS Autonomous Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for EverSince in the past 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MABS Autonomous Systems from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of EverSince, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except for intellectual property infringement claims which may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of EverSince after changes constitutes your acceptance.
