FaithNotes — Privacy Policy

Overview

FaithNotes is an all-in-one faith companion for journaling, sermon notes, prayer tracking, and Bible reading. Your notes, prayer entries, sermon recordings, and reading progress are stored on your device and synced through FaithNotes' backend service. We use RevenueCat for subscription management. AI sermon summarization processes audio locally and sends anonymized text for AI processing — no personally identifiable information is included. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

What We Collect

• We do not collect names, emails, or contact information unless you contact us directly.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We may use anonymized crash reports (where enabled by your device) to fix bugs and improve the app.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed. If iCloud backup is enabled on your device, your data may be included in your device backup under Apple's privacy terms.

Third-Party Services

We may use Apple's standard frameworks (e.g., StoreKit for purchases, App Store Connect for crash analytics). These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
