By downloading, installing, or using Workforce Management, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Workforce Management for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Premium pricing will be listed in the App Store.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Billing and refund policies are governed by the respective platform. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
Workforce Management is a scheduling convenience tool. It does not constitute an employment system of record and should not be used as the sole source for payroll, compliance, or labor-law documentation.
Workforce Management, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MABS Autonomous Systems and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.
Workforce Management is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MABS Autonomous Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Workforce Management in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MABS Autonomous Systems from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of Workforce Management, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except for intellectual property infringement claims which may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Workforce Management after changes constitutes your acceptance.
